Amazing product, program, and customer service. We saw the ad on Facebook and we were skeptical to begin with, but all the video reviews, local reviews, and product information put our minds at ease and after talking about the financial and time investment with our son (age 7) we were all ready to give it our best shot. My son is a very heavy sleeper and we of course had tried all the typical strategies that Dr. Sagie mentions ‘make it worse’ including, waking our son up and taking him to the toilet, leaving him in pull ups, waiting till he grows out of it, and of course letting him wet the bed over and over until we were all to exhausted to continue – then back to pull ups. The first two weeks of the program were tough on us all. My son wet the bed 1-2 times per night and unfortunately we had a technical issue that meant we were up longer than necessary with each bedwetting episode trying to dry the mat to stop false alarms when we plugged it back in. We contacted Therapee and they were amazing. I have not received such excellent and responsive customer service from an organisation in a very long time. They were quick to resolve the issue and provided us with alternative solutions to try while we waited. They followed up with us every day until we were sorted (which was super quick). I was really impressed with how effective the alarm was as each time there was only a small-medium wet spot. We were expecting to be up at night for a long time (as I mentioned we were all committed) however on day 8 my son had his first dry night and again on day 11. Day 14 was the last time we heard the alarm – he has been dry every night since!!! The personalised chart was really effective for both our son and ourselves in tracking progress. We noticed shortly after day 14 that he started waking up and going to the toilet on his own. We could even hear him doing the three-second-exercise in the middle of the night (he was very committed). Today my son watched his fourth session video (about eight weeks) and he was so proud and excited to be told he has done it. He still needs to continue on with his exercises but he has done it!!! We are so grateful to Therapee staff and Dr. Sagie for giving us access to this program. Yes, it is a significant financial outlay however, so are pull ups every 12 months.

This program worked out wonderfully and my son was so shyly proud of his success.  He declared that “it worked” and has had no issued every single night since.  We are SO VERY THANKFUL for this program.  I have shared it on social media, whispered it to my friends and my mom’s friends to share the info without embarrassing my son by using his personal story.  This is an excellent program that is positive, personal, sensitive, realistic and good.

The ‘TheraPee’ program can be used by anyone. My intellectually impaired, 14 yr old foster son was wetting his bed every night. You all know the scenario!!! Doing all the things we are told to do by the experts but we now know they are the wrong things to do. We even got him to be responsible for his bed by making it and putting the wet bedding into the washing machine every morning. This didn’t help. Well now he is excited to tell everyone that he never wets the bed any more. Within 2 weeks of being on the ‘Therapee’ program and doing the exercises the dry nights started. At 7 years old my son was still in pull ups. He couldn’t go one night without using the bathroom multiple times and sometimes through the pull up. We tried the medicine that the pediatrician prescribed and it didn’t work. I saw the hurt, discouragement, and pain in my son’s eyes and knew we had to find something else. After researching countless nights I came across Therapee. I ordered it thinking why not try something else. Our first week I felt like we were back in the newborn stage. He woke up from the alarm the first 5 nights. We follow the protocol to a T. We both were exhausted and emotional. Then he had 2 dry nights back to back! My son is 6, and he was wetting the bed every night. I knew he would have a terrible time overcoming this, because I myself had the same problem and didn’t stop till I was 12 with the help of medication. We addressed this with our pediatrician at his 6 year well, and he prescribed medication. My son still wet the bed every single night. At his follow up appointment, his pediatrician suggested a bed alarm. We initially tried a underwear clip on, because it was cheaper. However you get what you pay for. I had seen this system online but was initially scared by the price. The clip on alarm was a disaster, because my son sweats in his sleep. It was constantly going off, and wouldn’t even wake up my son. My wife and I decided to look for a different alarm system. I finally took a look at this website, and watched the videos. What they said made sense to me. So after talking with my wife we decided to try the Therapee system, with the online sessions included. At this point I want to say one thing; in order for this system to work, not only does the child have to be committed to it, but the parent also. You can’t expect the pad and videos to do it all for you. You have to be there, and involved. That being said we have had great success. my son initially was peeing every night 4 or 5 times a night. It has now been over a month of dry nights!!!!!! THIS SYSTEM WORKS! It’s the combination of the pad, the video sessions, and the star calendar. My son was excited to see what the videos would say at the end of the two weeks. He was excited to try the new exercises, and excited to add a new star to his calendar. Slowly but surely he started having dry nights. I was as excited as he was. I didn’t want him to have to face the same embarrassments I did, about sleepovers, and friends finding out he has a “problem”. We look forward to him completing the program soon. I can’t stress enough, that this system does work, and is worth the investment of the money, and more importantly your time and commitment to helping him or her.
