Wetting and giggles

giggle bedwetting therapee
Giggle incontinence means sudden urination while giggling or laughing, during waking hours, and emptying the bladder continues even when the laughter ceases.

In most cases, though, the child has full day and night control over his or her bladder. Furthermore, it is more common in girls.

This problem can be treated using a special practice that aims to create the ability to separate the activation of the different muscles which are involved in the process.

Please note, there is no connection between wetting while giggling and bedwetting, as the two mechanisms are not related. Even so, when we target bedwetting problems, with unique exercises for strengthening the bladder muscles, this situation may improve (*although not guaranteed).
