This program was the only one out there that gave us hope that we could do something for our son to help him.
The Drs wouldn’t consider it an issue until after he was 7 years old, and then would only think he had bladder issues and wanted to look at his bladder or prescribe pills for him.

My 8 year old son is a very, very deep sleeper. Since about 5 or 6 years of age we noticed his bed was wet many mornings. We thought he’d grow out of it. We tried limiting drinks before bed and even attempting to get him up around midnight to go to the bathroom. It was a disaster. He was impossible to wake up, and when he did he was extremely grumpy. After much frustration we decided to put him in overnight underwear. He fought it for a while, since that is what babies do, but eventually capitulated and wore them each night. This went on for almost two years and it was clear that nothing was working. I stumbled upon Therapee from an Instagram ad and decided to give it a shot after reading all of the reviews and deciding that we did not want to medicate him, as his doctor gave us that option. For the first few weeks my son was wetting the bed almost twice a night. Sometimes very big, sometimes just a little. My wife and I were losing sleep, changing sheets and clothes twice a night, but we all stuck with it. The next month he was wetting the bed only a couple times per week. Progress? We had hoped so. Some nights when the alarm woke him up he was very grumpy and disappointed. We reassured him that this is an ongoing process and to stick with it. The next month he was only wetting the bed a few times per month and he was excited at his progress. Eventually, he’d go a couple weeks without wetting the bed at all. And here we are three or four months later, with no wetting for well over a month. He’s proud of himself, and we are thrilled for him. To see him light up talking about his dry nights is wonderful. I have 4 children and all were difficult to potty train, but my 2 older sons seemed to train for night right away. My 2 daughters at ages 8 and 10 were still wetting the bed nightly and wearing pull-ups.

I thought the therapee system was super expensive and was pretty skeptical that it would work and I would get scammed. However, nothing else had worked. My 10 year old daughter wanted to go to sleep away camp, so we gave it a desperate try.

The first couple of weeks she had lots of accidents, and it was really annoying. My bedroom is also kind of far away from my children’s, so she had to wake me up everything the alarm woke her up! It would be more ideal for parents to be closer to their child’s bedroom so they are woken as well in case the child does not wake up. We had to have 3-4 sets of sheet on hand each night for a few nights. Gradually after a couple of weeks, my daughter started peeing less times and then having dry nights. Within about a month and a half she was consistently having dry nights. She went to camp and had no accidents. No more pull-ups for her!

I used the same therapee mat for my 8 year old. She peed 3 times a night the first week. That started lessening the 2nd week to 1 or 2 times. Finally in week 3 she started to get some dry nights. Week 4 has been all dry nights. I will probably keep using the alarm until she is dry for a month .

Both my daughter’s confidence soared as they started getting dry nights. They love putting the stars onto the online calendar and seeing their progress. I am so glad we did this. No more expensive pull ups that are super smelly. We an throw the diaper bin away finally! I’m happily surprised and so grateful.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for creating a solution to my son’s bed-wetting problem. I didn’t want to use medication and this was the perfect solution. Like you said in your videos, it isn’t easy and takes real determination and hard work. He is so much more confident and excited to go on sleepovers. Your program was a miracle and we will be forever grateful to Dr Sagie and Tal. We have 2 children who went through your program together, ages 7 and 8 years. Both were nightly bedwetters and still wearing pull up pants at night on a regular basis. Both were embarrased by their bedwetting. The pediatricians told us there was really nothing to do except wait to see if they would outgrow it. They told us alarms were not very effective .
