What great customer service! Thank you for following up with me. It makes me feel like you really care about this product being successful for my son. That means a lot to me.
Thank you again. It was your lengthy and detailed response to my son’s situation that made me realize you know what you’re doing. Your following up makes me realize you care. So between knowing what you’re doing, and caring about it, I feel that we are in very good hands. Thanks so much.

Success Stories
I just wanted to say a very emotional THANK YOU for your product and service. My 13 year old son has been dry for 9 weeks now and has just completed a week away on a residential school trip which is something we could not imagine happening 3 months ago to the point where we thought he would have to miss out. He was dry every night away from home in a cold tent and even woke up on 2 occasions to use the toilet in the middle of the night which is something he has only done twice before in his whole lifetime (and that was part way into the Therapee programme). I waited for over 3 years since a doctor suggested an alarm pad to me. The wait was partly a reluctance to commit financially but also I think because it meant really admitting that this bedwetting was not something my son would simply grow out of. I kept hoping each birthday would mean a change and that the milestones like leaving primary school or becoming a teenager would prompt a hormonal change. From day one, just talking openly to him about the bedwetting and deciding to take some action together changed his mindset. He started to be dry consistently after just a month and has been dry since. Why did I wait?! I would pay 10 times the amount invested to feel this sense of relief and happiness, to start each morning positively and to see the change in my son. THANK YOU again! I would be happy to speak to anyone considering buying the pad and starting the programme to share my experience.
My Son had just turned 7 in December 2017 when I decided we needed to try something. I did a lot of research on different methods / program etc. and felt very comfortable with Dr. Sagie’s site and program. Although I have to admit I was not totally clear on “what” I was purchasing. And was concerned about the cost.
My Son, since he was an infant always was what I called “a big pee’er” in the night. When he became potty trained by age 3 ½ but was still peeing at night we moved to pull ups, but he would “pee right through them”. I did some reading and found that putting a “pad” within the pull up worked for some. This quickly turned to having to use adult pads that were the extra-large size. But still on some nights he would still wet straight through everything.
We did all the things of limiting drinks etc, and had a few good nights, but mostly not. I think back now on all the laundry I did, and expense on pull ups and adult pads, and wished I tried this sooner. Although, maybe it was just good timing, but he progressed quickly, I think he and I were ready.
We began the process right away once receiving the items. We had a few issues with downloading the program (we couldn’t do it on the IPad) had to use the computer. But, once we were up and running it was all good.
I remember the first night when the alarm went off, and it was a rough one….(OMG I thought this is loud and annoying) But it got easier after the initial shock of waking up in the middle of the night. My son did really well at waking up and we had our routine. Our first two weeks we had about half success. Week 3 & 4 – 100%. My son liked the part of giving himself the star and listening to Dr. Sagie and what he had to say. He is a pretty observant kid, and did notice that “he sometimes said the same thing” per my son. But he got it. The exercises, although we did some more than others I think just brought awareness to him and it gave us things to talk about which I think was helpful. Week 5&6 and 7&8 we had a couple of times he wet the bed, but very minor and he got up on his own. And, during this time he began to get the “gold stars” which was very exciting for him ! I could tell we were on the right path. Week 9&10 and 11&12 no accidents, and we had our last sessions.
So, first off, thank you for helping us through this time in our lives. For those parents who don’t go through this, it is hard to understand and describe. You want to protect your child, but not knowing how to help is hard. You don’t want to “make a big deal” but you want to help. Money is a factor, but when I look back on how much I spent with pull-ups and pads, and time and washing of sheets, every night…. I do wish I tried earlier. But, maybe he wouldn’t have been ready.
My advice to parents out there reading my story is try it, and try it now ! Approach it positive and as a team effort. It might not happen as quickly as ours did, but it will happen and you will be happy you did it ! Keep it consistent and don’t miss a day, it is about the routine. We would lay out the clean sheet and clean clothes to change into the night before, so to make the transition easier in the middle of the night. Every morning we went on line and I had my son put in his own information. We listened to the videos together, we made it a team effort, and that worked for us. Just know it will get better, and it will change for the best ! Again Dr. Sagie and your team, thank you !
This system was helpful
This system works! I bought this for my 5 1/2 year old who routinely soaked through her pull up every night. We tried various ways and times to do the night time potty training but the attempts left her anxious, upset, and sad. This system was helpful, empowering, and she totally bought into every word and training exercise that Dr. Sagie suggested. It also gave us good guidance on how to go about working with her. The correlating online chart and videos were cute, simple, and something she looked forward to. She started to consistently wake up dry within about 3 weeks of starting the program and has stayed dry in the months following. Worth every penny when I think of what I was paying for in pull ups each month! I am going to use the same program for my son- apparently we are a family of deep sleepers! Great product.
My son is 6, and he was wetting the bed every night. I knew he would have a terrible time overcoming this, because I myself had the same problem and didn’t stop till I was 12 with the help of medication. We addressed this with our pediatrician at his 6 year well, and he prescribed medication. My son still wet the bed every single night. At his follow up appointment, his pediatrician suggested a bed alarm. We initially tried a underwear clip on, because it was cheaper. However you get what you pay for. I had seen this system online but was initially scared by the price. The clip on alarm was a disaster, because my son sweats in his sleep. It was constantly going off, and wouldn’t even wake up my son. My wife and I decided to look for a different alarm system. I finally took a look at this website, and watched the videos. What they said made sense to me. So after talking with my wife we decided to try the Therapee system, with the online sessions included. At this point I want to say one thing; in order for this system to work, not only does the child have to be committed to it, but the parent also. You can’t expect the pad and videos to do it all for you. You have to be there, and involved. That being said we have had great success. my son initially was peeing every night 4 or 5 times a night. It has now been over a month of dry nights!!!!!! THIS SYSTEM WORKS! It’s the combination of the pad, the video sessions, and the star calendar. My son was excited to see what the videos would say at the end of the two weeks. He was excited to try the new exercises, and excited to add a new star to his calendar. Slowly but surely he started having dry nights. I was as excited as he was. I didn’t want him to have to face the same embarrassments I did, about sleepovers, and friends finding out he has a “problem”. We look forward to him completing the program soon. I can’t stress enough, that this system does work, and is worth the investment of the money, and more importantly your time and commitment to helping him or her. Thank you Therapee and especially Dr. Sagie for creating this system.
Our ten year old is a deep sleeper (if you try to wake him even 15 minutes after he falls asleep, he wakes up talking nonsense and wanders around the house bumping into walls). He would wake up with all his bedding completely drenched, requiring two loads of laundry every morning and a house filled with an atrocious smell. We wondered how the filth didn’t wake him and felt sorry for his brother who shared his room and had to breathe that putrid air all night. We discovered this gem of a program after spending over a thousand dollars on urology appointments, tons of laundry, ultrasounds, oral medications that only worked 80 per cent of the time, laundry, alarms that disappeared (to our son’s great devastation-we think they must have been flushed in his late night confusion after ransacking the house and the garbage cans), alarms that stopped working altogether, and (did I mention?) LAUNDRY. I received an ad in my Facebook feed and am often leery about these kinds of ads. But I read through the reviews and thought, WHAT IF? What if THIS time, we have found something that will actually work? Immediately we saw improvement, and figured even if Therapee never took COMPLETELY, at least it would pay for itself in time just by decreasing our laundry by two daily loads 3 or 4 times a week. Then it decreased our laundry by two loads 5 or 6 times a week. Then we were only washing extra bedding once every few weeks. And instead of washing pajamas, sheets, blankets and comforters, we were only washing a single pair of underwear and a sheet. Sometimes, he would regress and we would have to wash two or three pairs of underwear and sheets, but steadily, slowly, he progressed. We took the machine with us on out of town trips, and wonder of wonders, after 6 months of use, we are declared graduates! This was a family journey, we have prayed that God would send us healing, and we are grateful that He used Dr Sagie and his program to bring that healing! We were hoping to be on the short end of success (2 months would have been great!) But we stuck with the exercises and the machine and 6 months was all it took to be completely free. This came at an excellent time, just one month prior to summer camp. And this time, his counselor won’t have to wake him before the other campers to clean up and get rid of all his potentially traumatic evidence. Yay! If you are considering taking the plunge and paying the price for this product, wait no more! It is so worth it! Very quickly you could be on your way to dry nights and elation at success as well!
My 9yo son has NEVER stayed dry more than a single night his entire life. We never made a big deal out of it — I just always had an extra set of sheets and waterproof pads on his bed ready to go in case we needed to strip the top sheet. He wore pull-ups every night since he was out of diapers and leaked out of them regularly. He was getting to the point of embarrassment. He couldn’t do sleepovers. His younger brothers started making fun of him. Watching him be embarrassed for something he couldn’t help broke my heart. I found Therapee and was inspired by the reviews. It was pricey but I was desperate to help my son. I talked to him about it, showed him some reviews and we decided to go for it. The first week he stayed dry THREE nights! He was SO PROUD of himself! He got down in himself a bit when he had a string of mostly wet nights weeks 2 and 3 — especially if the accident was close to wake up time and he woke as soon as the Therapee alarm went off. I had to remind him that this would take work and commitment and he HAD to stay optimistic. We’re on week 12 and I am so happy to say he’s only been wet three nights over the last 9 weeks! It’s so amazing! We’re really looking at success now and it feels great. I’m so proud of him but more importantly, he’s proud of himself.
SO impressed with this product! Buy it today!
I have bought easily hundreds of items from Amazon over the years, and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. I just cannot shout loudly enough from a high enough mountaintop about TheraPee! My almost-8-year-old daughter has been wearing pull ups at night since she was 3, and was wet in the mornings 98% of the time. Our pediatrician told us not to worry, that she would probably stop when she started puberty. I was ok with that until it really started bothering her; she was nervous about sleepovers, and felt that it was so unfair that she had this problem. We started out by trying a much cheaper “system” that involved a sensor clipped to her undies with a wire than ran up through her pajamas to an alarm clipped to her shoulder. It was so cumbersome and difficult to use, we ditched it after one night, knowing there had to be a better way. A few months later, after reading all the rave reviews on Amazon, we ordered TheraPee. The video with Dr. Saigee is perfect; no matter how much I had told her that she was not the only kid who wet her bed at night, and that this wasn’t something to be ashamed of, that it was just a miscommunication between her body and her brain, hearing it from Dr. Saigee finally put her at ease. I could literally see the anxiety and shame she had felt leave her. She was bought in 100%. The online component, where she tracks her progress, keeps her engaged in the process. The best part in my mind was that Dr. Saigee made it clear that she should not expect success right away, that in can take months, and that a wet night, or even a wet week, here or there was nothing to worry about. I was afraid that if she was wet the first night she’d be discouraged and not want to use it anymore. Setting the pad and alarm unit up that first night was easy peasy. As others suggested, I “double made” her bed with two layers of sheets and waterproof pads, so that if she did wet I could just take the wet sheet off, reposition the sensor pad, and get her back to bed. She did wet the bed that first night, and for the next two nights, and drying off the pad and taking off the wet sheets was super easy. We were up such a short time, neither of us was tired the next day. Then, after three wet nights, something clicked. We have been using the product for 6 weeks and she’s only had ONE wet night since Day 4! I am totally amazed by this product! She is so happy and confident, it’s an amazing thing! We are planning a night at a fancy hotel as our celebration when she finishes the program and we can’t wait! Trust me, buy this product today, I promise you won’t be sorry!
My 6 year old was constantly wetting her bed or having to wear pull-ups every night, while her twin stopped around the age of 3. You could tell this bothered her and in-turn bothered me. I tried to wake up in the middle of the night, but I could never time the bed-wetting for it to be effective and this was becoming tiring and troublesome for me. I am impressed by Dr. Sagie’s device. The alarm system plus exercises my daughter participate in have been a game changer. In our first 2 week session, she earned 1 star. In our second 2 week session she earned 7, including a red star. In our third week session, she has been dry the entire time. What I am most grateful for to Dr Sagie, is that his device is bringing joy to my daughter’s face when she wakes up with a dry bed. Thank you. I wish I found you sooner
Therapee works! We purchased Therapee for our 8 year old grandson who had been weeping the bed since birth. His parents would buy him pull ups for night time but these only masked the problem. Further, our Grandson also suffered from nightmares and his parents thought being force awake in the middle of the night would only create worse nightmares.
After a few years of discussing options, his parents finally agreed to try Therapee.
We purchased the unit and within 4 days, our Grandson is no longer a bed wetter. He can do sleepovers, will go to a week long camp this summer and his parents have saved a lot of money on pull-ups.
GUYS, Therapee WORKS!
