I just wanted to say a very emotional THANK YOU for your product and service. My 13 year old son has been dry for 9 weeks now and has just completed a week away on a residential school trip which is something we could not imagine happening 3 months ago to the point where we thought he would have to miss out. He was dry every night away from home in a cold tent and even woke up on 2 occasions to use the toilet in the middle of the night which is something he has only done twice before in his whole lifetime (and that was part way into the Therapee programme). I waited for over 3 years since a doctor suggested an alarm pad to me. The wait was partly a reluctance to commit financially but also I think because it meant really admitting that this bedwetting was not something my son would simply grow out of. I kept hoping each birthday would mean a change and that the milestones like leaving primary school or becoming a teenager would prompt a hormonal change. From day one, just talking openly to him about the bedwetting and deciding to take some action together changed his mindset. He started to be dry consistently after just a month and has been dry since. Why did I wait?! I would pay 10 times the amount invested to feel this sense of relief and happiness, to start each morning positively and to see the change in my son. THANK YOU again! Your program was a miracle and we will be forever grateful to Dr Sagie and Tal. We have 2 children who went through your program together, ages 7 and 8 years. Both were nightly bedwetters and still wearing pull up pants at night on a regular basis. Both were embarrased by their bedwetting. The pediatricians told us there was really nothing to do except wait to see if they would outgrow it. They told us alarms were not very effective . We were told of this program by a counselor whom my son was seeing. I called and spoke with Tal and Dr Sagie over the phone. Both were extremely helpful and informative as to how the program works and explained clearly the cost involved and the options we had. We invested in 2 pads and 2 software programs at the same time for both kids, as both were eager to start. There were no tears involved in this program! By the end of the first week both kids were starting to have dry nights! They were cheering each other throughout the whole program and were so encouraged by the star chart system involved and loved the online interactive component with the videos. By 9 weeks, both children were completely dry every night and were done with the program!! They were overjoyed beyond words and extremely proud of themselves and each other for their accomplishments! The program is so easy to follow and laid out so well , that we had few questions. But when questions did arise, they were always answered promptly by Tal and Dr Sagie. We were so impressed by this program and astonished by the results! We have shared it with our pediatricians office. Both our children have been successfully off of this program for several months now and are even able to drink a full glass of water prior to bedtime and are able to stay dry consistently each night! I am Jacob and am 9 years old. I used to wet the bed every night but thanks to this program and Dr. Sagie I am cured! It went by faster then I thought and I am very proud of myself and you. Firstly I want to thank Dr Sagie for the amazing programme. I contemplated buying the programme for 12 months due to the cost. However as my daughter got closer to 7 the bed wetting was really affecting her. She was wet every night, in pull up pants (which she was embarrassed about as her little sister was dry before 2 years old) and didn’t like staying out anywhere. She was embarrassed that grandma and grandad or aunties would realise she was in pull up pants.
We purchased the product in September and started straight away. The programme was very easy to follow and we watched the instructions together which was nice to include her. After the first few days she got used to the alarm (as it is very loud and I was a little on the fence about continuing as it scared her) however we powered through and she had her first dry night – she was elated. We continued with the programme and the dry nights slowly became more often and beefier we knew it she was having more dry with the odd accident. She couldn’t believe she was finally in pants for bed it really was worth every penny to see her so happy. By week 9/10 every day was dry and we haven’t used the alarm mat since early November. I do still log the dry nights but more just to reiterate how proud we are of her and well she’s done in such a short space of time. I never believed she would be dry this quick and can’t thank Dr Sagie and his team enough – highly recommended programme.
