โ˜€๏ธ ADHD and Bedwetting

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a disorder that affects many children worldwide. Their characteristics include a lack of attention span and hyperactivity. There are also many children among those groups who are bedwetters.

There has been a great deal of scientific research conducted on the relationship between bedwetting and ADHD. Even so, there is a lack of consistency and vagueness in the conclusions. Despite the temptation to believe there is a link between the two, no clear-cut evidence has been presented to support this hypothesis.

As a matter of fact, each condition is associated with a different center of the brain. Due to the high prevalence of ADHD and bedwetting, it is statistically likely that both problems will be present in the same child.ย  In spite of this, many children with ADHD do not have a bedwetting problem and vice versa.
